Regulatory Authority

North International Bank is registered in the jurisdiction of Antigua & Barbuda, and regulated and supervised by the Financial Services Regulatory Commission (FSRC).FSRC (Financial Services Regulatory Commission).

As of 1982 and by way of the IBC Act (International Business Corporation Act), the FSRC exerts a strong control and supervision on all financial entities registered in Antigua & Barbuda, and at the same time is constantly modernizing its systems, including the formation of financial auditing, which has earned it the recognition of international institutions.

During 2010 and together with the Office of National Drug Control and Money Laundering Policy (ONDCP), the FSRC established new procedures taken from the Money Laundering Guidelines , as fundamental norms for correct Banking operatability, thus enhancing the reputation of Banking within the jurisdiction of Antigua & Barbuda.
